Music

  • Heard The Gravy Boys? You Should

Carrying on the Piedmont tradition of Americana music, The Gravy Boys‘ rootsy tunes resonate long after hearing them. • Indie Pop meets Hip-Hop in battle of the bands

This one came out of left field today. The Love Language will take on The Foreign Exchange in a battle of the bands sponsored by Red Bull at Hibernian off Glenwood. The two bands will compete in four battles, including a covers face-off.

  • The Beast bridges racial divides

  • Things get hairy (and sweaty) at The Pour House

I missed Monotonix at The Pour House Thursday night. And while it may have been a truly face-melting experience, I really feel like I dodged the bullet that is sweaty, chest hair crowd surfing. Perhaps next time …
