Meg, from befitbefull.com, shows us how to de-seed a pomegranate and the dessert that she made. We make an awesome salad with spinach, goat cheese, pomegranateseeds and hot bacon dressing. I suggest you de-seed several at a time and wear latex gloves so you don’t dye your fingers red.
