Wow! Apparently, it’s time for “Raleigh Wars” an urban water weapon tournament inside the beltline. I never heard of this until I read “Goodnight, Raleigh” this morning, but basically it involves plotting out an elaborate scheme to squirt your target with a water gun:

The game is based off of the common Assassin game that takes place across several college campuses across the country. The idea is that you find someone outside of their residence, workplace, or any other location they may be and get them wet via a water gun or other approved method.

Note that in order to conserve gas the game is limited to those inside the beltline.
Using public transportation to stalk your target is preferred.

They did something very similar to this back when I lived in NYC a few years ago. It seemed awesome although I didn’t participate. The stories that came out of it were pretty funny. God speed to all water assassins on the prowl. I’d love to see updates on this from people in the mix.

Keep an eye on http://raleighwars.com, there will be updates from assassins as well as statistics, kill history, etc.
