I guess if they banned them I would have to buy bags to clean out the kitty box. ... In CA we had curbside recycling for lots of things that you can't here - plastic bags, and all #1 and #2 plastic containers, not just necked bottles. Seems like our recycling efforts are lacking. It is also unfair to impose stuff like this on "big business", while leaving smaller businesses alone. Who defines which is which? Also, where does Sen.
