• North Carolina unemployment rate is highest since 1983

  I teased my friend Dominique relentlessly about shelling out $170 to see Celine Dion at the RBC Center. I’m sorry, but I don’t see the appeal. But I heard Wednesday’s show was packed with adoring fans. Dominique was among the fans who purchased her tickets way in advance. She got them in 2007!
