  Raleigh blogger Myles Scott thinks it does. Scott works in the shopping district and he thinks it needs H&M and Dean & Deluca. He went so far as to write both chains to encourage them to move to Raleigh. He recieved a response from both. Go to his blog to see what they said.

• More parking meters coming to downtown Raleigh

  The Raleigh City Council voted unanimously Tuesday to add more parking meters to the Glenwood South entertainment district and to Hillsborough Street, the N&O reports. The only perk is that the meters will be outfitted to accept debit and credit cards.
