Employee accused of embezzling nearly $350,000 from Raleigh bookstore
I can’t believe the bookkeeper at Quail Ridge Books & Music in Raleigh thought she could get away with allegedly stealing so much money. The N&O reports the embezzlement took place over multiple years, but the article doesn’t explain how the owners eventually figured it out.
