  • Hansbrough just set a new UNC record

    It’s been 30 years since the record for all-time career scoring leader was broken at UNC, but the N&O reports Tyler Hansbrough just did it.

  • Triangle homeowners insurance rates to increase, but it could be worse

    But the increases aren’t as bad as they could have been. The Triangle Business Journal reports that the North Carolina Rate Bureau was requesting a 32.9 percent increase in insurance rates for Durham and Raleigh. Instead, homeowners in both cities will see  up to 5 percent increases.
