Mapping Candidates’ Campaign Contributions
All you data-heads will appreciate that Andrew Dunn has posted a fascinating series of maps and graphs (using free apps!) showing where the top NC campaign contributions for the 2008 Perdue and McCrory campaigns came from. I just think that’s kinda cool.

Duke employee busted for making fake IDs
WRAL reports that a 23-year-old Duke employee was arrested in what one official called the biggest driver’s license fraud case he’d seen in 20 years. The guy sold them for as much as $150.
