One of my favorite features in the local blog scene are the awkward moments that Mary regularly highlights on her blog. The latest happened on her lunch break, when she popped by her house to walk her dog. Her new neighbor introduced himself, and his pet statue. She has the full exchange on her blog:

I think this is more hilarious and odd than awkard, but I thought I’d include it anyways. The man was very nice. I just thought it was really unique that he introduced me to his statue. I walked away cracking up, wondering WTF just happened.
