Training is the only way to eat a dozen donuts and run four miles

It’s almost time for the Krispy Kreme Challenge, a disgustingly amusing race where competitors run two miles, eat a dozen donuts and then run two more miles to the finish line. Some local Twitter users (tweeple) have formed a team, among them is Jeff Cohen. Watch his donut eating training regime:

Ginny Skalski

This site will track the progress of the Triangle Tweeple Team, as we train for the Krispy Kreme Challenge in February 2009. Jeff is in better shape to eat 12 donuts than he is to run 4 miles, so he will focus his training on running rather than eating donuts. Others may have a different focus to their training regimen.

So I missed the run in November (quite deliberately I might add), but I just might sign up for the run in February … http://idek.net/1eE
