NC Energy companies partner to test plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs)
Both Duke Energy & Progress Energy will be start a smart charging trial of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs). They’ll be looking at the power grid to see how it effects the car & the grid. Will this mean higher electic bills for car charging in the future?

Looks like Sarah Palin really is coming to the Triangle. She’ll be speaking Saturday night at the N.C. State Fairgrounds. I wonder how many people will wear their Palin Halloween costumes to the rally. You can get tickets today and tomorrow.
