If you had a billion dollars what would you do?

It’s always interesting to see what absent.canadian has to say about America being that he is, yes a Canadian.  See what his blog post called “How would you spend a couple hundred billion?” has to say about the economy.  If you were running things in Washington what would have done with a billion dollars?
