“We are very pleased to have an opportunity to share the Bryan Series with Durham and the rest of the Triangle area,” said Ty Buckner, senior director of communications and marketing. “Having sold out four programs this year in Greensboro gave us the opportunity to add a program to our series, and the new performing arts center in Durham is a perfect location for an extra event.”

I saw Bourdain when he stopped by The Regulator on Ninth Street a few years ago. He does not disappoint. He signed my worn copy of “Kitchen Confidential,” a cook’s classic.
