  Imagine waking up, walking out to your car and seeing some very private part of a man’s body spray painted on it. It happened in north Raleigh, but hopefully it won’t be happening again anytime soon.

  Remember the police chase down Capital Boulevard in Raleigh last week that ultimately ended when police shot a carjacker? Well, two Raleigh police officers who crashed while on their way to the scene were ticketed for not wearing their seat belts, WRAL reports. Wonder why they weren’t belted in.
