		<description>I guess all you can do is ignore public TVs. I&#039;ve mentioned here before that I haven&#039;t owned a TV since 2002, and when I encounter one, I either leave it alone, ignore it if that&#039;s possible, and put in my earbuds if it isn&#039;t possible to ignore.

When I stay at hotels, even though there is a TV in the room, I don&#039;t ever turn it on. In the airports, where I can&#039;t get away from one blaring out CNN or some &quot;Airport TV&quot; or something, I put in my earbuds.</description>
