• Attention local senior citizens: The city has a job for you

  The city of Raleigh plans to put its bored senior citizen population to work. Police Chief Harry Dolan plans to start a volunteer citizen patrol that will make sure drivers aren’t abusing their handicapped tags when they park downtown.
