My wife is a special needs teacher and I feel like I am seeing bad corporate management every time I delve into her problems. Poor short-sighted nature, under staffed, over expectations, horrible class room sizes, and an amazing ability to continuously foul up projections.
Why? Because those in management are retarded. Many have no real management experience, don’t understand anything holistic in approach, wing bad projects out and expect so much in return.
If you want your child to get ahead in our education system you’d nearly be better off just homeschooling. The school systems need a fresh overhaul or people with real experience in leadership, project management, and are accountable.
It’s all like watching a train wreck and I hate it for them all.
